The Tim Bates Competition Assistance Fund (TBCAF) is an annual grant made by the Victorian Tasmanian Parachute Council (VTPC) each year to promote competitive performances, achievements and contributions to sport skydiving by Victorian based skydivers. 

The grant is to provide financial assistance for training and competing at the Australian National Championships.

Applications for the 2026 Nationals are now closed.

The winner was 4-Way FS team Pull Party who is training to compete and will receive:

• 20 training jumps at a Victorian DZ, and
• Up to $300 for coaching
